Parent Agreements

  1. Betsy Rowlands Tuition Limited, trading as Dulwich Tutor, will introduce you to qualified, experienced teachers, who are DBS cleared to teach your children.
  2. Commission and VAT are included in the fee.
  3. Dulwich Tutor will issue invoices of behalf of itself and the tutor at the start of each month so payments must be made a month in advance.
  4. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of agreed slot, will be charged.
  5. Sessions cancelled outside of 48 hours will be rescheduled.
  6. During school holidays sessions take place off timetable, at a time mutually agreed by parents and teachers.
  7. Holiday sessions take place on a 1:2 session to weeks of holiday basis. For example, over a six week summer break, three session will take place. This is to ensure your child’s progress.
  8. Parents are prohibited from circumventing the company and recommendations must be directed to the company, not the teacher.
  9. Teachers will set compulsory homework which must be completed by the children.
  10. One month’s notice via an exit meeting is required to discontinue sessions.
  11. There will be a late payment fee of £75 if fees aren’t paid within 5 days of invoices being issued.
  12. Parents would be expected to honour the agreed period. In the unlikely event the rapport with the child and tutor isn’t established, the agency will endeavour to find a more suitable fit.
